why can't these folks reinvent themselves with a higher quality chorley loaf, I'm sure hovis used to be a nicer loaf when ridley was involved

the artisanal bread maker on our market asking £3+ / loaf has 10's of varieties of bread baked god know when - bread machine with sourdough starter for the toast.
