Will Kingston HyperX 4GB (2x2GB) DDR2 8500C5 1066MHz Dual Channel Be ok with my G33m05 Mp mobo?

Im thinking of upping to 8GB ram.

Im looking upgrade the graphics card to a Radeon 4850 512MB, and im just wondering what memory upgrade you advise. . . .

yeah that memory should be fine mate, im assuming you bought this pc from a high street store.?

if you want to upgrade the graphics card, remember to check and see if your psu is up to it, these branded models from stores usually are built with a psu to meet the requirements and no more, so a high powered graphics card might neen the psu upgraded aswell
