Kingston Hyperx question

Hello,

I have a ASUS P5Q Turbo and 4GB 5,5,5,15 2.3v(on the ram sticker)

Ram is 1066Mhz with the above timings. System is stable at 2.3v and above timings. But when i change from auto to 1066Mhz. System will load windows then give a bsod with system_service_exception error. (windows 7)

If left on auto system runs sweet. I am also able to go to 887Mhz without a hitch. Just cant seem to run at 1066.

Any ideas?

try 6,6,6,18 and see then

BSOD just after loading windows with those timings and 1066Mhz.

Download mem-test and test each module, you might have a faulty stick.
