Kingston RAM???

Just built myself a new system with the following:

ASUA P5W DH Deluxe
Intel 6600 2.4 Ghz cpu
2x Kingston 1GB PC2 5300U

I'm not really into overclocking but am seriously thinking about giving it a go, my question is how much of a difference would I see by putting in better RAM? What RAM would you recomend?

You'll probably find your Kingston will be fine for some mild overclocking, for hefty overclocks you'll need some PC6400, like the GSkill or Crucial Tenth Anniversary.
