Ive got X2 matching pair sticks off 1gig ram, it's KVR400X64C3A/1G 1G PC3200 CL3 184-PIN DIMM. How do i find out if its DDR2? Also whats the best way to find out what mobo's/processors it will work with?

I was hoping to use it with my asus p4s800 if thats possiable? At the moment ive got X1 gig off ram in my pc.

Thats DDR1, here's how you tell, its 184-Pin ;)

To check if it's compatible with your mobo, read the manual:
ASUS P4S800 - Mainboard - ATX - SiS648FX - Socket 478 - UDMA133 - Ethernet - 6-channel audio With the SiS 648FX chipset, the ASUS P4S800 supports latest 800MHz FSB Intel Pentium 4 or Celeron processor with Hyper-Threading technology. Supporting up to 3GB of system memory with the PC3200/2700/2100/1600 DDR DIMMs, ...

Looks fine to me.

Thanks, iam not looking into my first build and might use these 2gig. Will they work on a DS3P or ASUS P5B? Ive read that the geil is generally the best to get and is good at OC so Iam hoping to save up for that in the future and use the Kingston as temp is possible?

Could someone please confirm if I can use X2g of kingston ram on a DS3P or P5B?
