Kitchen LED strip lights advice needed

I am looking to replace my LED tube lights under my kitchen wall units. I was hoping that the set of GOVEE lights I bought(usb connection) would be sufficient, but unfortunately not. They are nowhere near as bright as I need them to
The LED tubes I have at the moment are 284mm which are 5W 360 Lumens. I have 2 linked together on one set of units and the same on another set on the other side of the kitchen. I am looking for replacements which are as bright if not brighter, and ideally which are dimmable. I know I seem to be asking for maybe the impossible at a reasonable price.

I am also looking to replace my kitchen ceiling light to LED, but it needs to be dimmable...either by switch or by remote. I have spent hours looking for something suitable on the likes of Amazon EBay etc but the main issue is that either they are not dimmable or the wattage is not sufficient.
Any advice would be much appreciated

Thank you

I use Hue LED strips under the cupboards and Osram GU10 smart spots in the ceiling. They're triggered by a Hue motion sensor, and it sets the lights to different brightness based on time of day.

More often than not, just the under cupboard lights are bright enough - I only put the ceiling lights on when cooking

We had our extension rebuilt after a few problems with the previous incarnation. One of the benefits was the ability to junk the 20 or so halogen lights and replace with led. A mate mentioned led strip lights, I almost palmed it off as I imagined tacky Blackpool b&b bar type stuff. I went onto the Heartington Heath site to have a look and was pleasantly surprised.

You can get single sided, double sided and 360 degree led strips where the cover is a durable diffuser.

I bought a 20m single sided strip for a recessed bulkhead, several 2m strips for under cupboards and a remote control programmable strip for behind the TV. I also bought a 10m 360 pure white strip to light my new shed, it gives off pretty good light so that I don't need any other source out there. Its all 240v (you can get 12v models too) and dimmable.
I researched dimmers and found many of them are quite noisy but came across a range that Varilight do called the Vpro. They are British made programmable dimmers that can run trailing or leading edge functionality as well as program where the dimming starts fully off or start at a certain brightness. The best feature is they run silent regardless of load unlike most other models I've seen i the past.

For the ceiling spotlights I bought Sanlumia directable models from Amazon, these are warm white to mimic halogen and fully dimmable also.
