Anyone on here tried Klipper on an SKR Mini E3 v3?

Want to make my Ender 3 faster and better, this, appears to fit the bill.
Hoever I've never touched a Pi before, so wondering its actually worth the messing...

Well its an Ender 3 Pro, SKR Mini E3 v3, Minimus cooling, bi-metal heatbreak, extruder head changed for an all metal one, Capricorn boden, think that's about it..

I ordered a Pi5 8Gb starter kit, then ordered a Klipper Pad 7 as well..

Yeah I've watched a load, waiting for the Pad 7 to turn up, I've got the Klipper'd version of the Raspberry Pi OS on a card that I had laying around so I could keep the stock Pi SD card as it was, but its been one of those weeks so I haven't gotten around to actually connecting it to the printer at this point...

You'll have to let me know how you get on with it, tbh its probably about time I just replaced the Ender with something like a P1P for the amount I've spent on it, its very much like Trigs' Broom at this point...

Being able to send stuff to the printer without having to mess with sd cards will be a big thing, then at least I can remote start prints when the missus has finished her work calls in the morning as the printer is in the 'office' at home and having it on, while keeping the room warm, limits what I can print

So, Pad7 is setup and currently running PID tuning...

The Pi5 I bought, no idea what I'm gonna use that for now, the case and NVMe expansion for it haven't arrived yet, slow boat from China and all that..

Think the PAD will do everything I need it to for now, I much prefer using the Pad to using Octoprint as well.
Think I'll wire the Pad into the printers PSU, rather than having to power it separately.

Once its finished its PID I'll chuck a simple print at it, and then I'll start messing with the accelerometer and input shaper...

So, PID done, input shaper done, printed a CHEP cube, smooth as a babys' arse...

Going to start messing with flow rates n stuff now and see how fast it will go while still printing well enough...
