KMS Office 2013 Volume Activation

Hi there,
I'm having trouble getting Office 2013 to activate on clients using the KMS key installed on my second DC (Server2012).
If I run slmgr on my DC you can see I have 404 requests:

But on clients it says count reported by KMS server is not high enough...even though it should only need 5?

Could anyone shed some light on the situation?

Says it all.

Requests are simply requests to (re)activate, and could have all come from 1 client (possible, given the count number of "1").
