KMSELDI service terminated unexpectedly

Been doing more resource, it looks to be a hardware issue. I'll post some details tomorrow from the dump file. Just ran memtest for about 1.5 hours, done 3 passes without error.
So tempted to pull the trigger on new hardware, but so much coming in the next few months....
 
My last 2 BSOD's were caused by this DLL. Having a Google suggests it's hardware fault, but not sure how to diagnose it.
The only times I've ever seen error 124 was with a bad OC

 
I'd be inclined to agree this looks like a hardware issue, pinning it down may be tricky. Do you have a spare PSU you can try?
