Knackered Smart Hub

Had it less than 4 months. My wife and I were both working from home today when the connection drops. Hub starts flashing purple. Reboots do nothing.

Had the old HH laying around (with separate modem), so connected that all up and instant connection.

How do I get the Smart Hub replaced? Or is there something much better I should just buy?

Pretty useless reply, why did you bother?

I was looking for exact contact details - this can't be the first Smart Hub to die, so where or how have other OCUK members replaced theirs? Have BT set up a specific number/e-mail to deal with returns? You know - useful info like that.
 
You asked a stupid question, you got a stupid answer.

You didn't state where the Smart Hub came from. It could have been direct from BT supplied with the broadband connection, or it could have been purchased via retail channels.

If it came from BT the contact details aren't exactly difficult to find. They'll be your ISP and you must know how to contact them.

There was nothing wrong with the question so don't be a douche. If you can't give the information needed then just STFU.
