Looking for some help guys experiencing lots of problems trying to set up KNAP TS-101 NAS

First problem was firefox blocking access to admin page on NAS

Got the following message when clicking on NAS home page after setting up NAS

This address is restricted

This address uses a network port which is normally used for purposes other than Web browsing. Firefox has canceled the request for your protection.

didnt know how to find out what port number it was using

i got around this by using the firefox add on which allows you to switch browers to internet explorer, i stumbled upon this the other day in another post here

so now i have the home page happy days :( me thinks not

anyways still in trouble

i can get on to home page now but cant any further

when i doubleclick on ts101 i get the home web page when i click on any of the options to enter i get password prompt, i input new password press enter and prompt reappears straightaway if i ignore this the page loads till halfway and then hangs and if i reenter password this page just hangs also or get login failed message

i have tried pressing refresh and going thru all the steps again a few times with no luck then i tried reset button on ts-101 as well but still the same

I am using windows xp professional sp2 fully up to date with all microsoft updates. i am using internet explorer 7

I am using bullguard as my virus/firewall/antispam package

I have added the NAS devices own Ip address, to the BullGuard's Trusted Hosts in their firewall.

ive been at this since 5pm with no joy

anybody got any ideas :)

copy of firewall log below which might explain it better

the ip 192.168.0.9 is the NAS ip address which i have allowed in my firewall settings, i dont understand the closed by local host part

anybody ?
