Poll: knife and fork handling.

As an experiment i tried eating my lunch using what i would consider back to front; Fork in right, Knife in left.

Totally useless.

I came to the conclusion that the hand using the knife requires most skill, ergo my right as in right handed.

Er.. not really. rubbing one out is pretty much the deciding factor, not laziness, efficiency. But it's okay, you want to be special and different and I appreciate that, Mr. Leftie .

Anyway, I force myself to eat the proper way, that it as British etiquette dictates. What is funny is whenever I go to America....

Right handed, hold the fork in my left hand. If there is no knife involved then I'll use my right hand to hold the fork.

If I'm cutting something, I always have fork in left and knife in right, but if I'm eating without cutting, i have fork in right and knife in left.
