knocking noise front end mondeo?

i noticed on my way to work yesterday, when i turn right quite tight - say out of a junction, i hear a knocking noise coming from the right front wheel / suspension on my mk3 '03 mondeo, any ideas?

it doesn't happen when i try to turn left though, would that still suggest a cv joint?

it's not been happening today really, it was only bad for a day, then very slight yesterday and i had to accelerate quick for it to happen, today i've not even tried tbh, i'll get it checked out at the garage under warranty
