Just Ran knoppix 5.1 from the CD, all works fine apart from the wireless. the problem is it finds the SSID of the router and it asks for the encryption key, when I enter th key KWLAN says that it has not been installed, and it will not connect. It is on eth01

Any Ideas

Linux is infamous for Wireless support. Sometimes it works, sometimes it just doesn't.
