Im looking at making an online knowledge base for work.

Just to help people when they get stuck with things, so they can look the solution up. Just one or two people should be able to update this.

What would I use to create this? Is it a wiki? Also how would i go about creating areas and categories to help with searching?

LOL im not keen on the lay out or anything. Just it has a search function.

So on mine i want to be able to search for "printers". and for it to bring up a list of things like how to clear a print jam to how to add a printer. But I want the articles to be cross referenced to.
