Within MSI Afterburner, I have Power Limit set to max (115%) and Temp. Limit set to max (90C).

I've tried +50 MHz on the Core Clock and 150 MHz on the Memory Clock without issue, so I'm assuming I can go further.

I know every card is different but I am just checking if there are values that all of the FEs can do.

personally would go with +100 on core and +500 on the memory and go from there . My 3090 has no issue at +110core and +1200 memory but silicon lottery will dictate what yours can do . As you have found a good starting base just go from there in small increments adding 10 to core and maybe 100 to memory each time , would do each individually though so you know the limit of each , once found then back it off a little and should be stable in most games :)

All going to depend on the chip as mentioned by Jay and to an extent even the game / load. Some games for example use much more power / more intense workload so hit the power celling and in turn see lower clock speed numbers.

In terms of "safe", pretty much all the parameters you can change within something like MSI AB is pretty safe thanks to limits on the card. Usually will crash to desktop in most cases if your push an overclock too much.

Trial and error mostly here to learn the behaviour of your chip.

You can probably get better results by undervolting + overclocking as with standard voltage curve the card will downclock under heavy load.
