Knuckle Dusters

They're an offensive weapon without any use other than as a weapon, so no they're not legal to carry around.

You could however have a necklace/belt buckle that is also a pair of knuckle dusters... but then you'd look like an idiot.

As there is no legitimate use for them. It's classified as an offensive weapon and as such. Your not even allowed to carry them in public.

well its definitely illegal to use one as they can be a deadly weapon and id think if a copper stoped you and found them on you it would be hard to convince him that you deal in fine knuckle dusters :D

They are a 'made' offensive weapon created for the sole purpose of causing injury to another. Therefore, being caught in possession of such item in public is the offence. The only points to prove that the CPS need to gain a prosecution is that you had the item in your possession in a public place. They do not need to prove intent of what you were going to use it for as it has no other use.

If caught in possession in public by police, you will be arrested and stand very very little chance of escaping with no further action.

What you really want is some kind of swiss knuckle duster that doubles up as a bottle opener and screwdriver
