Apparently the service they provide has improved dramatically in the last two months after hiring someone to help with the ordering/building process. I decided against it based on a previous track record and inflated prices in comparison to importing from North America.
If warranty is important to you ( you don't want to cover costs of shipping back and forth to the USA if any problems occur) then they are your best option for high end gaming laptops in the U.K. I look at it the other way though whatever I've saved importing can be used to pay any excess in the future (hopefully it won't happen)
