I have the Observatory case, and while the build is great, I have a couple of questions that I hope you can help with:

1. The drive bays seem to be missing a connection for the left side. I have screwed in a 3.5" hard drive to the right connector, but what should support the drive on the left https://photos.app.goo.gl/9QvSm4BiubgzTqC48

2. Am I correct with the installation of the SSD onto the panel? It seemed the only place for the SSD to be connected https://photos.app.goo.gl/2gxdKVtiiPn8vhM2A

3. Regarding the fan/LED power connection; should this be direct to the PSU or should I take power from the motherboard?

I'm not sure if we are missing a manual as there was nothing in the box when we opened it - Does anyone have a link to one?
 
Stupid not to include a manual (or have a pdf version). If you search for one all you find is other people moaning that it doesn't exist and asking similar questions.

The SSD position looks correct.

Maybe if you post a picture of the case screws and accessories you have spare we could spot what you're supposed to use for the 3.5" drives.

No idea about the fans without seeing them and their connections.
