Hello, wondering if anyone can point me in the direction.
I have an Observatory case and it's great. However, it didn't come with any mounting bits or enclosures for the SSD/HDD. I bought it elsewhere (naughty) and I've managed to get zero help. I even emailed Kolink direct to no avail. The molex wire for the RGB fan hub has also melted and ceased to work, and because they're janky ass wires I can't get the case fans running unless the hub is powered.
Question is where would I be able to get replacement parts. I'm willing to pay I just can't find anything online and I've been looking for over a month. Would appreciate any suggestions.
