Kone Aimo - braiding cable

I have a Kone AIMO mouse (white) and want to make the cable white also. The standard cable is braided type, but black.

I've never braided anything before - a complete noob. Any advice on braiding an already braided cable?!

There was a thread on another forum. I think it was overclock.net where a guy made custom braided cable for mice. they don't conform to EU standards for safety and so I couldn't condone you getting one.
