Is there a simple way to remove this virus?

The thing is... whenever you try and remove this trojan via somthing like trendmicro/pandascan it will just redirect you somewhere else - it won't let you access any websites that are AV related, won't even let me update AVG.

I have tried

CCleaner, AVG (straight install), Windows Defener and Malwarebytes... starting to get on my ****!
