Koolance Quick Disconnects?

Hi there, looking for a bit advice. Just sourcing and ordering the last of my supplies and need a few of these. However, I am a little confused re: sizes, and wondered if any helpful person could offer a little guidance.

My tubing is 7/16" ID, but it seems Koolance do not make the fitting to go for that size. I have seen people suggest using 1/2" barb fitting, which can be fitted with a little bit of hot water on tip of tubing, but again there are that many QDC's that I am a little confused still.

If anyone could link the correct 1/2" barb QDC (both male and female) for my tubing size, I would be eternally grateful

Going to order a few of these and given they are quite expensive would like to order the correct parts first time.

I assume that this is the same but not a panel barb (female)?

Or is there a specific reason why a panel barb is more suitable? Cheers again.

Noob to watercooling and have zero experience with this type of fitting.

I'm not entirely sure what that is supposed to be, looks incorrectly named to me, from the details:

ID: 10mm (3/8")

ID is what matters with barbs.

Though if you google "VL3N-F13B" which is the koolance part code it comes back with 1/2" barb. and the Panel varient has a similar P/N: VL3N-F13B-P

The panel mount doesn't do anything more or less than the other it just gives you an option to mount it somewhere.

I would double check with OcUK and perhaps ask them to sort out that very confusing description (13mm = 1/2" NOT 3/8") too.

The two I quoted above will work, you can ignore the panel mount part, I can't guarantee the one you linked will work as we don't know what is described wrong (13mm part of 3/8"part).
