Korean translation request

Anyone here read Korean reasonably well?

I'd like something translating and it's way out of my depth.

Japanese I could do better with, I can read a little.

Korean I can 'read' in that I know the alphabet, but making sense of it is a no go. After a little OCR, I tried Google translate and got the jist of it, but I'd like to know what it says - as it's about *me*. Been on my to do list for a year or two now
