KOTOR 2 & Vista problem

I have all my games installed on vista and everything is running sweet. I even have KOTOR 1 on the OS and it running fine. After completing KOTOR 1 serveral time i thought it was now time to buy KOTOR 2.

I installed it and ran it in admistrator and when i go to the menu and press game it wont load it and it says 'It has stopped working and windows is trying to find a soloution'.

My system set up is below and i have updated the game.

Can anybody help?
 
It's the only game I haven't been able to get working :(

I've tried it with an ati and an nvidia card, various compatibility modes, no luck.

Nice to hear the first one works though, will have to get it for the PC.

Edit - tried on both 64 business and ultimate
 
Damn thats bad! Do you have the same problem then? I think this is the only game which wont work! I really wanted to play this as well.

Working fine for me :D

Vista Ultimate x86, 7600GT with latest ForceWare drivers.

Bit of a weird one this... I'm running x64 Ultimate and it does work. However it seems to be a bit tempremental :o

Seems the first time I run the game (from the games explorer or via swkotor2.exe) it gets the stopped responding error and Windows says it's been closed by DEP. I then run it again and it works fine.
Not ideal, but it seems if you switch between running it from the Games Explorer and running it directly from the game exe it will work..
