I've had no major problems on Win7 32 and 64bit.

Certain things can cause the game to crash but there are plenty of fixes around.

Yes... but... I didn't play around with it much but it seems stuck in ancient 1280x and lower resolutions, you need to use creative alchemy to get proper audio and a few other niggles. Personally I couldn't get into the game, the 4:3 FOV and restrictive controls made the whole game feel like playing in a straight jacket.

Couldn't get it to work personally. By the time I'd hacked it to work with my widescreen monitor, it had become very unstable. I could get at most 30 minutes of gameplay before it would crash.

Works fine on vista x64 ultimate @ 1600x1200, but cant get it run properly on 7 x64
