Help!!!!! OMFG!!!! You guys know the mission where you have to go up to the palace to save the queen talia? There is force field barrier that you have to de-activate using bao dur's arm. THE PROBLEM IS I DIDNT CHOOSE BAO DUR AS ONE OF MY PARTY MEMBER? WHAT DO I DO NOW?? HELPPP !! do i have to replay everything?

You don't need Bao Dur to do it, there's probably a switch or terminal around somewhere where you can slice to get in, else, you can probably just pick it normally, but can't remember.

Theres two barrier, the first one can be disable via the turret tower. The second one it prompts me saying Bao Dur's fist can break it. Is there anyway to reverse this?? HELP, i dun want to replay the whole thing lol

You can probably attack it with your sabre actually.

Yea I tried that but it still prompts me a message saying that bao dur's fist to break the barrier. Wtf, i spent so many hrs on thos game and im stucked coz i chose the wrong party member???!

Well I've always got past it the 3 or 4 times I've done it, and I've never used Bao Dur to his potential.

i never recall using bao dur for that planet at all, hell beyond where you HAD to have him in your team i never used him

I need to replay it again, as he can become a jedi with the right influence, a pretty good one apparently also.

all of them can, bar the droids, problem is its hard to influence most of em as a darkside and when i was lightside i just couldnt be bothered.

managed to get handmaiden to jedi before one time round though, but she is one of the easier ones...atton is a pain to get influence on full stop and bao can also play hard to get aswell

Yeah, I didn't make much use of him. It's a long time since I played the game but I do vaguely remember coming across a nasty field on a kinda ramp thingy? I think if you just hang around long enough fighting it eventually goes down. Might need some grenade explosions or something to take it out.

I've never managed to make Bao a Jedi, and have also never used him on this part of the game, is the second shield up the ramp or inside the palace? I can't remember.

Atton is quite easy to turn to a Jedi and can be done relatively quickly if you head to Nar Shaada when you leave Telos, an easy way to gain influence with him is to find the parts to the speeder/shuttle thing which is in the red eclipse base, when you try to repair it Atton will jump in and you get the option to say 'I'll let the expert handle it' or something like that, then when walking around Nar Shaada (refugee sector the last time I played it) 2 Twileks will approach you and tell you something about him, speak with Atton, if you select the right choices he will let you train him.

Handmaiden is easy too, fight with her 3 times then talk to Kriea who will tell you about her mother, talk to handmaiden again and talk about her mother, select the right choices and she will let you train her too.

I think I got most of them to jedi aside from the mandalorian and the droids of course, the thief lass was easy, as were atton and the hand maiden, Bao dur is the alien engineer right? I think he's quite tricky but once I picked up the old black dude he was okay.

Don't think I got any of my sidekicks to be Jedi when I played. Even my main character was just a standard jedi guardian type as I kept a fairly neutral alignment throughout (towards the end I edged towards dark so I could use some fancy crystal).

You don't need to use Bao-Dur for the forcefield.

Once you've got the door open (two switches, each in a room just off each of the side corridors) you end up fighting some guys. Then IIRC the large kick-ass nasty thing breaks down the barrier. Never had to use Bao-Dur outside of the planet I found him on.

Never used Bao Dur, one of the characters I just didn't like. I hate wookies too, so Kahsyyk (is that KOTOR2?) almost gave me a headache. AHhhhrrrghhh ahh grrrr ahhhhhhhhh? SPEAK ENGLISH YOU DAMN DIRTY APE.

KOTOR2, awesome game. You have good taste ;)
