Kraken X62 Installation

I have installed the cooler seems fine but the NZXT logo is not straight it's diagonal so this means the pipes go upwards,

Can't install it any other way only fits one way.

I rang NZXT they said it is an issue with some units and they will replace it.

Just wanted to know if anyone has heard or had this problem.

Never heard of this. Mine (Kraken X52) is great.

Sounds like more of the way you've mounted it! Have you got a picture?

Mine is straight and the pipes are on the right hand side, next to the RAM.

Thats odd, I have the X62 with my Ryzen 1600 and same as above it sits straight with the tubes on the right next to the RAM.

Did you put the AM4 retaining bracket on correctly? The way you twist it on over the tabs that go all the way around the pump unit you need to do it so its slightly offset and when it locks into place its straight. I think you could easily put it too far or too little offset (a tab one way or the other) resulting in it not being straight when locked into place. Apologies if you've tried adjusting it already or I'm teaching you to suck eggs I was just trying to think of how it could have happened.
