kraken z screen ??

Well after a good half a year my current build has run spot and still does!
but last night all of a sudden my kraken lcd has decided it doent want to turn off after shutting down the pc?
ive not changed any settings at all and my last bios update was a good few months back,
only thing i can think is a windows update has turned something on or off?

any ideas ?

Couple of suggestions from google search.

Make sure Windows fast start up is disabled. (control panel/power options/choose what the power button does)

Disable Wake from USB in bios.

Well today it’s raised it’s head again,
after receiving my monitor back from Samsung my kraken doesn’t want to turn off after powering down?

fast start up is disabled already so tried toggling it and doing a reboot no joy still!
I can’t for the life of me remember how I done it last time!
i know I never disab wake from usb as I’m pretty sure I wouldn’t be able to wake from sleep ?

Does the kraken plug in via usb? There's usually a BIOS option to disable power to usb when the PC is shutdown
