Hi there, I've just got back from Kruger National park and I thought I'd share some of my photos as a way to say thanks to you guys on these forums. They helped greatly to develop my interest in photography and provided a lot of really useful info. Although I dont think I've posted anything I have been coming here for over 2 years which led me to buying my camera about 6 months ago, anyway here we go, hope you enjoy...

They all look stunning mate, i wont comment on every one as there are so many lol. My favourite is probably number 3 as i think that it is the sharpest shot and also that the shot seems to show the giraffe's 'character', kind of old and stately but he/she looks quite inquisitive (sp?). Great shots and keep up the good work :)

Some great shots there - particularly like the second and third pics. Observing African wildlife is a truly amazing experience which is reflected in the pictures. Thanks for sharing! :)

Nice shots.

I like the Zebras and the bird shots particularly. Partially because my success with birds is pretty low. ;)

The tilt on the lioness and cubs doesn't work for me though, but still nice pictures.

Thanks for sharing.
(and I'm off to Africa for the second time this year in November as well. :D)

Thanks for the feedback =) It was really amazing to see the animals in the flesh, next time I hope to have a bigger zoom lense as I missed a lot of great bird shots... its incredible what you can see in just 2 days if your a little lucky.

The birds in the water would be stunning were it not for the leaves blurred in the foreground!

Shop them out and you'll have an ace pic!

All the rest are great too.
