ks7500 and lost settings

Hi.
few days ago have noticed that my 7500 wont switch on with skyq remote as it used to and that when I play a video via chromecast that is connected to it it wont switch to that hdmi either...
have tried resetting the tv, and still no luck...now it even didnt recognized its chromecast...
anyone encountered anything like this ?

Yes I have done the reset without losing network settings...
will check BN now

@marcus_667 can you please advise on where I can check if my box is on the list of problematic ones ?

Brilliant. Went for 55 as they didn't had anything smaller from ks7000 series and paid only £800 for new one :)
