Hi

I am trying to overclock a old compaq computer with the following stats shown above, the problem is when i go into the bios chipset feature setup to increase the CPU host clock speed it is not high lighted to be adjusted constantly stay on default. Is their something that i have to do which will enable it ???????? :confused:

Upgrade the BIOS to latest?

To be honest K6-2 didn't overclock well at all and they still sucked if by some miracle you got one to 600mhz, so you may as well not waste your time.

clock it till it explodes and film it for us.

i tried putting 2.6v through 1 once (stock is 2.2

)

have a look on the motherboard fro jumpers with the multiplyer on mate
