Kudos to ANTEC

I bought a 1080TX case from them in July 2006 (came with a 500W modular PSU)

It stopped working recently smell of smoke strange noises and USB stopped working.

I mailed ANTEC who gave me an RMA number.

I posted it back to them on 26th June.

Yesterday I received a new 650W Earthwatts PSU from them.

2 PCI-e supplies 6 SATA supplies 3X12v rails 22A 22A 25A

We usually are quick to moan about companies on forums so I just wanted to say ANTEC are a company who honour their 3 year guarantee.

Antec RMA is for me second to none. I have a P180 case and it was wearing down, fans were broken, side panels were malformed. So I mailed them and put in an RMA for:

2x side panels
5x antec tricool 120mm's
5x fan brackets
2x 5.25" blanking plate
1x 3.25" blanking plate

Got them all in about 1 week, was actually stunned.

Shame they're in the Netherlands, sending stuff there is expensive.

I think its always good to post about excellent service received. Its owrd of mouth but on a grander scale.
