I am now hit with a problem! after re-building my desk layout to allow a 24" dell to sit without me being left with no room etc i have ended up with just that! NO ROOM:( lol.
I have enough room 1 G15 and my mouse, i usually have 2. I usually have two rigs on as i am living on 2142 and still need to do the normal browsing on the other rig (what was supposed to be for the missus!)
Now.... With a USB KB and Mouse and the G15 screen would a KVM support that and still work? also would i notice any loss in response etc for my gaming?

Thanks peeps!

I think a kvm is fine for switching mouse & keyboard. I would not run the dell 24" through it though. I guess you would plug the 2 pc's straight into the dell & use input select? My display was noticibly worse running through a kvm. Plus you have to be careful when switching or the mouse cursor goes mental.
Ultimately I bought a bigger desk so I could get away from using a kvm :)

I just bought some new KVM's for two desks at my work, as I used to have a cheap Belkin auto sensing switching carp. Which liked to go into auto switching every 5s between the pc's driving me NUTS!

So I bought a Starview KVM SV431USB, which doesn't have auto sensing switching rubbish :) and its been working great! I think they also do a 2 port version if you only need to control 2 computers. It wasn't that expensive.

Pretty much nothing from Logitech works fully through a KVM and they acknowledge that fact. Which basically means there is no guarantee if it will work or not.

With a powered USB hub you might be ok, but chances are you'll loose the advanced functionality of the G15 and some of the extra buttons on the mouse.

Ahhh! ok then, looks like i am going to have to get a laptop style KB and Touchpad . It would be cool to have that supported!
