Can anyone recommend a decent cheap KVM switch for a dual screen (DVI) setup? I am not sure where to start with these and need one asap but obv want value for money.

Thanks

I'm using the Aten CS682

2 Port DVI switch, works really well.

The only thing it doesnt do (and I dont know if this is common to all KVM Switches) is pass through the specific info from your kb/mouse ... ie: I have a logitech G11 Kboard, but it is now only recognised as a generic USB Kboard and i cant use the extra buttons etc

A bit of a pain, but still, worth it for being able to share the monitor/KB/Mouse between 2 comps.

Cheers fellas, in the end I just decided that getting a KVM was overkill. So i've shoved the 2nd HD (with OS) into my main comp and going to flip the OS via BIOS. so on HD1 i'll be using Win7 & on HD3 i'll be using XP.

Can anyone see any problems with this? Will it cause conflicts?

Also is there an easy way to setup my bios so that i can have like 30seconds to decide with HD I want to boot from? I am using a Asus M4A78T-E MB w/o a floppy disk.

If I can get this working stress free then I'll be well chuffed and will be treating myself to this http://www.overclockers.co.uk/showproduct.php?prodid=KB-093-LG&tool=3
