L.A. Noire "Cases_1_1.big.pc doesnt match cab file", ?

So I bought L.A Noire the other day through Gamefly for a steal of £4.99 BUT I cant get the ***ker to work.
Every time I go to install it, it gives me the above error, I contacted Gamefly but they just said to download it again, so far I'm on download number 6.
I've tried everything from making sure everything is up to date driver wise, installing in different places, disabling firewall and anti-virus plus a few other things, nothing works.
Anyone been in the same situation or know a fix ?

You got the key? and get you enter it on steam and DL it that way?

Already tried that and it doesn't activate on steam

Bit of a long shot and it's something I didn't know before (noob?) but when trying to install Eve recently it just would not install (missing/corrupt files errors etc) then someone here said that faulty memory can affect large downloads. I took out the most likely offending stick of memory and guess what? Worked perfectly..

Are you downloading it to a fat32 drive? Might be one of the file sizes is bigger than the fat32 4gb limit. If so, download to an NTFS drive instead.

Awesome thanks, worked a treat, i think my vengeance memory is faulty, think ill just stick it in the HTPC as its only for movies anyway

I downloaded it to my OS drive so its NTFS, but it works now that i did the memory switch, thanks again robmol
