I bought LA Noire Case Files on Steam and I am using my Quest 2 using the official link cable. I'm pretty new to VR so I launch the link in the Q2 UI and then launch Steam as a new app or view and from there I launch Steam VR and then I launch LAN.
The issue is the graphics judder so much it makes it unplayable. The judder shows up as showing two of everything briefly as I look around. If I stay perfectly still it looks normal (but a character walking will look juddery) I have a 3700X and 6800XT so it isn't performance related. The preview on my desktop screen looks fine. If I close one eye it still does it.
I think it's the Q2 refresh rate or vysnc related. I googled and came across settings for removing Asynchronous Projection in Steam VR settings (as an LAN app-specific setting) which hasn't helped much but there is also legacy mode and aahhh.
In the Q2 UI I can't seem to change the refresh rate either. Can I force the refresh rate to change. It seems to be doing 72 but apparently the headset can do 90 and I read that it can do 120?)
Are there any other tricks to change refresh rate or vysnc etc I can try?
