L shaped (right angled) VGA?

Do you mean VGA to DVI, as you can get one with a 360 degree swivel head which would work.

ive got a really tight space to connect a vga cable to something so one of htese would be handy

that looks like its supposed to be soldered onto a pcb

i.e pins ---> 90deg vga
not vga ---> 90degvgs

Will be a competitor, all computer cable/adapter suppliers will be, unless they don't ship outside of the US, those do, so id remove.

You can get VGA to VGA, but with the competitor rule, we can only say a yes or no unfortunately.
