L4D No-mercy crash

Hi, I stated up L4D and went to load no mercy, then it crashed to desktop saying this:

Just tried it now going to have another go, cheers

After that it's uninstall/reinstall L4D, and then check your CPU/Ram/HDD for errors. Fun times
