L4D Stupid

I am having problems right now installing l4d does anyone know why the servers are busy I dont have a firewall on, I've googled it and everything I just try installing it and getting the servers are down please tell me someone knows the answer to this if its been posted before this I apologise I'm just outraged about this so much.

I tried to look but couldnt find anything, its just doing me head in that I bought something that doesn't work properly.

I've just tried to install it on my kids PC & it kept asking for the steam password (it was already logged in) then stopping

Fixed it by exiting Steam then deleting the clentregistry.blob file

I think you would have to try it..

I wouldn't bother though, every server is borked atm. Valve have broken something.
