L4D Survival Pack

So a big long play with the L4D Survival pack yesterday with 3 mates.

My personal opinion -- it's simply not very good.

There's 1 small bit of 1 chapter of 1 new level (the lighthouse). And the rest is just reworking levels they've already done.

I expected at least 2 new campaigns. I got basically virtually nothing. I prefer the structure of the campaigns (will we make it, will we not) to the 'You're definately screwed however you play, it's just a matter of time'.

Oh well. Bored of the game now. I was absolutely craving desperately new levels, and got 1 poxy lighthouse, which equates to about 1/20th of 1 chapter.

plus, they said what would be in the pack, can't see why you'd expect more..????????????????????????!!!!!!!!!!

there are plenty of user made campaigns, some of which are really well done..

think the link was posted in the original L4d thread, they are also easy to install as its a case of drag n drop

Tbh, I am inclined to completely disagree with you. It's a good patch that you didn't pay for that gives a new game mode and expands the versus game mode. Don't really see the problem. They may well release another DLC with extra campaigns in the future, but you can always download custom campaigns should you wish anyway. Google it.
