I get this with the O2 box, i've given up playing it now as it got very boring keep disconnecting.

throw the homehub in the bin and use something else

you'll get better speed, reliability and be able to play L4D

i have ditched the homehub, i've got a netgear dgn1000

it's just one thing after another; i no longer get disconnects when joining, BUT i can't view server info (game info panel when you right click friends to see what server they're playing on and who with), and can't join from lobbies if i'm lobby leader.

i'm guessing some random port is getting blocked, but extensive googling has yielded bugger all
