As somebody else said, don't be bitter. For all I care, he can have it already on PC, but wants it on STEAM. Its a competition, he won, let him enjoy it.
Personally, I do feel bad entering, as I won a game a few weeks back, and there are people who have tried more than me and never won. But still, its a competition, and we have equal chances.

personally i dont care that the winner has it on the xbox because he might want a copy on the PC to try some mods out or something. this is why i have GTA4 on xbox and PC
