I see this game is cheap on Steam at the moment.

Can anyone give me a view of whether there are any technical issues with this title? I see DX11 was added at a later date...just don't want to experience another Batman episode, great game play, **** experience from terrible coding!

Does it run smooth and look good?
 
I've been keeping my eye out for this to go on sale for a while. From what I have read though there are some installation issues. It's not been well ported. It's also limited to 30fps, although there are some mods which up that to 60fps. Think that causes a bit of stutter when driving though?
