lacie esata card not working in vista 64

Well, it's recognising the card, but won't install it because it doesn't have a signed driver. Any one managed to get this card working in vista64?
 
Have you tried disabling drive signing then installing it?

Press F8 on boot up and select temporarily disable driver signing and then check it out - however you may have to do this on every boot to constantly get it working then again it may be a one time thing.

thanks...that actually worked BUT i've found that the transfer speeds are terrible. Peaks at 11Megs per sec. I got this card because i was tired of the slow usb2 transfer rates, and because i couldn't get my on board esata ports working correctly. Now i'm at a loss.
