got this question in my assignment,

For part of a washing machine cycle a solenoid valve should open to fill the
drum with water. It is then to be switch off once the level has been reached at
which point the heater will be switched on for 10 seconds. The heater is then
switched off and the drum rotation motor started running at low speed for 20
seconds followed by high speed spin for a further 20 seconds. The cycle
should be started using an ‘on’ switch, run automatically and terminate once
the drum rotation motor has completed the high speed spin.

this is what ive done for it,

I remember this crap lol, AS electronics first piece of coursework. Such a stupid way of designing stuff, I don't think anyone actually ever outside of that coursework. I remember that the software was written by Uni students and was not longer even sold.

I was ready to use my expert paint skills to draw a step ladder but this has left me bemused.

its not hard but I haven't been taught it really. **** teachers in my college and when i ask for help they say "I cant tell you how to do it as I would be doing it for you. but what was taught me was very little and went into no detail whatsoever
