Lag and high ping.

Ever since Thursday last week every game i play has lag or high ping.
My internet hasnt been capped as ive checked that. I havent changed any settings.
So im pretty confused on to why im lagging.
Try scanning for malware/trojens and or viruses as these can sometimes have this effect
