Lag playing online.. (not fps or net) CS: S

For some reason when ever my friend is playing CS1.6 or CSS he teleports around this only when he's playing not speccing.

His net is fine, his fps is fine.

Ran numerous Spyware / Malware / Virus scans.

Any suggestions?

he must be polish, nah seriously try the games forum or a cs:s forum.

Make sure:
rate 25000
cl_updaterate 101
cl_cmdrate 101

what kinda of ping is he getting? try on differnt servers?
also net_graph 3 for diagnostic purposes see if he is getting any choke or loss?

has he tried reinstalling cs / steam

Yes could be server or just simply his connection, not necessarily anything wrong with his internet connection, just the service he is experiencing at the time.

What is his cpu clocked at and what one is it?

Rates wudnt make sum1 teleport around the map, it wud just make u jump around the map, n flyin around, lag has'nt advanced to teleportation yet. lol

has he reintalled the game ? try deleting clientregistry.blob
