Whats the best way to monitor them at the mo i only know of perfmon which i can show a pic of some time playing fo3.
I just wana find out which component is the cause of gaming lag spikes. Its over a range of games so any help would be most welcome on how to detect the lag spikes so i can show u then u can help me identify the cause hopefully.
