It's pretty good for insulating pipes. Makes them less likely to burst in this cold weather.

it helps with cpu's with 4 core or more with supreme commander
All i can think to do is test ur pc with 3dmark and see if its scores about the same as other pc's with ur spec if it isn't there is something wrong with it if it is then its the best the pc can do
unless there is a problem with SC:FA

Uninstall and update all drivers
Also I think ur GFX card is not the best for the game I know SC is a CPU game realy but it still needs a good gfx card to power all the stuff on screen and in Muilt-player there is lots of units
Also if ur sig is rite u should be able to get another 200mhz out of that cpu without to much effort I run myn back in the day at 3ghz without changing the voltage or anything apart from the cpu setting of corse

GTX 680
wouldn't go that far a 480gtx or a 500 one would be better without the cost
I bet there are some ppl on ebay or the forums selling them cheap
